Warranty
A Nytron warranty will cover products against defects in material and workmanship, as well as premature detrition that may take place within a period of 6 (six) months, from which 3 (three) months are complimentary warranty, granted to the customer or end user from the date of purchase stated in the purchase invoice (according to Brazilian Law No. 078, November 11th, 1990).
Warranty will be void if the following occur:
- The product sustains any damage caused by mishandling;
- Damage caused by inadequate installation or assembly error;
- Contamination by oil byproducts, metal, sand or crystal particles in excess;
- Jamming or excessive tension caused by other components which may compromise the operation and lifespan of the component.
- Violation, adulteration, or breakage of the product;
- Absence of documentation that shows date of purchase and assembly (invoice, technical report, vehicle and repair shop data).
